NASA is announcing that Astronaut Jose Hernandez will be the agency's first person to Twitter bi-lingual as he readies for his flight to space in August. You can follow him a twitter.com/astro_jose

This will also be the fist shuttle flight to include 2 Latino astronauts as Danny Olivas is also scheduled to make the trip.
